• BiznezSearch.com prohibits the posting to its website of any form of X rated or Pornographic material, or anything which is, or could be regarded as being illegal. This also includes any links to such material which may be hosted on other websites. Any such material or links found to be posted on this website will be removed without notice, as will any listings that include content which we regard as being an obvious attempt at spamming the system. This includes for example such things as the repeated entry of the same website URL, or URLs placed in fields to which they do not apply.

Note: The following Terms and Conditions apply to "BiznezSearch.com" being the sole owner, copyright holder and administrator of the website "biznezsearch.com" and "The Client" or "Clients" being any Person, Business, Company or Enterprise wishing to advertise or display any material or information on the BiznezSearch.com website.

Directory Listings

All forms of "Directory Listings" will remain viewable on the BiznezSearch.com website for periods of 12 Months with 'Free Annual Renewal'.

Criteria for listing on BiznezSearch.com

• To list on the BiznezSearch.com directory your business or service must cater to, operate and be situated in either the USA or Australia.
  
  
• BiznezSearch.com prohibits the posting of any form of X rated or Pornographic material, or anything which is, or could be regarded as being illegal. This also includes any links to such material which may be hosted on other websites. Any such material or links found to be posted on this website will be removed without notice, as will any listings that include content which we regard as being an obvious attempt at spamming the system. This includes for example such things as the repeated entry of the same website URL, or URLs and data placed in fields to which they do not apply, or the adding of characters such as A AA # etc to the beginning of the listings title for the purpose of improving display positioning.
  

• FREE LISTINGS found posted to the BiznezSearch.com directory that do not sufficiently meet the above stated criteria will result in both the listing and its associated account being deleted from our system.
  

The Client agrees that any material or information that they have had posted on the BiznezSearch.com website either directly or on their behalf will be to the best of their knowledge both legal and truthful and in no way should it defame, slander, or deliberately offend any business, company, enterprise or person be they living or dead. The Client also agrees to be solely responsible for any such material or information posted on the BiznezSearch.com website and that they understand they may be held liable for such content.

Please Note: In the creation of a Free Listing, no credit card details are required.

Following having first registered a User Profile, Clients may then login to their "Client Section - Control Panel" and create their listing under the 'Create New Listing' option. Directory Listings must be 'Activated' from within the client's Control Panel in order to be made active and viewable on the BiznezSearch.com directory. Shortly following Activation the Client may receive an e-mail as confirmation of their listing.

Client Section - Control Panel

Clients may at anytime create 'New Listings', or manage the various aspects of their 'Current Listings or User Profile' by logging into their own "Client Section - Control Panel" which can be accessed via the "Client Login" on the navigation bar at the top of every page on the BiznezSearch.com website.
Following the entering of their unique User name and Password clients will be able to perform any tasks they feel necessary.

Notes:

• All forms of "Directory Listings" may be extended prior to, or re-activated upon reaching expiry, from within the "Client Section - Control Panel" free of charge!
• BiznezSearch.com may send the Client an e-mail reminder notifying of any current listing's impending expiry.

Management of Directory Listings

• Re-activation of expired Directory Listings
  
  From their "Client Section - Control Panel", clients may at any time manually re-activate, or have re-included, any expired "Directory Listings" for a further 12 Month term free of any charges.

• Advance Extending of Directory Listings current Expiry Dates
  
  From their "Client Section - Control Panel", clients may extend the expiry date of any current "Directory Listings" for a further 12 Months free of any charges. Note: This can be done at any time within the final 6 months of the listing's current term. The extended 12 Month period commences at the end of the current term's expiry.

• Upgrading of Directory Listings
  
  From their "Client Section - Control Panel", clients may convert any currently 'active' or 'expired' listing which has been on the directory for 1 year into any of the available forms of listing above the current type free of any charges.
  
  The newly upgraded listing's term will commence from the date of application.

• Changing or Updating Details of Directory Listings
  
  From their "Client Section - Control Panel", clients may at any time make changes or updates to the details and content of their current "Directory Listings" by selecting "Edit Current Listings".
  
  Note: Changes and Updates may be performed at any time and are free of any charges.
